Agile Coaching ICP-ACC Training

This training focuses on the mindset and role of an Agile Coach. It introduces fundamental team coaching skills and concepts for team development from creation to a fully effective organizational unit. The training is conducted in the form of a cyclical academy, allowing for immediate application of acquired skills and feedback. The course is divided into 8 sessions, held at weekly intervals.

The course is conducted in collaboration with Lean Solutions Ltd.
