This one-day introduction to LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) shows how large and medium-size companies use Scrum in practice to create their products.
During the course you’ll learn how multiple teams can work together, delivering working increment every Sprint and how they employ Scrum principles and rules. You’ll discover that LeSS is Scrum on all organizational levels, not just “tool for the team”.
Through discussions and exercises you’ll see how the transformation success is impacted by its environment. You’ll understand why simplification and descaling of organization is necessary to effectively develop products. Thanks to that, at the end of the day, you’ll know where to start the transformation to succeed.

This training is dedicated for people interested in expanding their knowledge on various agile scaling approaches. The main learning goal is to gain more information on what LeSS is, what it is not, the purpose of LeSS and how it can be applied in their working environment. Additionally students will learn where to find more information about LeSS and what to do if they are decide to adopt LeSS in their company.
Before the training, all participants should have good understanding of Scrum and Agile, gained on the training (Scrum Essentials, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner), from experience or other form of education. We recommend validating the knowledge through Scrum Test.
Basics understanding of LeSS is helpful, but not mandatory. It can be obtained at LeSS site.

Accreditation and Certification:
After the training, participants receive Certified LeSS Basic certificate and profile at LeSS site. Certification does not expirea and is included in the training price.
Participants receive 8 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) towards Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification.
