How and Why Leaders and Management Must Lead Agile Transformations

Often leadership gives the edict to their organizations to "Go agile," but why is leadership and management the cause of the top five problems with agile adoptions (per 10 years of Version One's State of Agile survey)?

Based on the decades of work of Bill Joiner (Leadership Agility), Pete Behrens (Agile Leadership Journey) and David Hawks (Path to Agility), we will walk through the frameworks and tools to identify how leaders can and need to grow from being experts to able to coach, what the as-is and to-be cultural goals and map are, and the specific goals and outcomes, both with team, structural, metrics and policies to get there.
