I am an independent Agile coach and trainer with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. My adventure with Agile and Scrum began in 2005 when I implemented these methods in a large corporation in the USA. Since then, I have helped many companies and teams around the world carry out Agile transformations and put these approaches into practice.
As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), I have trained thousands of ScrumMasters and Product Owners. I deliver training, workshops and coaching sessions to help companies realise the full potential of Agile. I serve on the board of the Scrum Alliance and organise the annual Agile Prague Conference.

I am the author of the books ‘The Great Scrum Master: The #ScrumMasterWay’ and 'The Agile Leader' and creator of the #ScrumMasterWay concept. I believe that strong Agile leadership can make work and life more rewarding and effective. My goal is to support companies and teams to improve their ways of working. I focus on developing Agile leadership, which is key to successful organisational transformation.
