My experience includes working with a variety of organizations, from large corporations such as ERGO, Orange, UPC and CircleK, to dynamic start-ups including VRenetic, Finevare, HRS, to market leaders like Allegro Group (PayU).
For the past 7 years, I have been professionally supporting companies in creating effective product teams and promoting the LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) approach in Poland, which facilitates collaboration and large-scale product development. I regularly speak at conferences, write articles and organize LeSS community meetings in Warsaw.
I have been following the path of “agile” for 15 years, holding many positions in the software development process – from programmer, analyst, and manager, to Scrum Master / Agile Coach. Thanks to my extensive experience in various organizations, I know how important it is to tailor the approach to the specific needs of each company.
