I specialise in iterative product delivery. For the past 20 years I have been helping companies improve their products, adapting them to changing market and customer requirements. I enjoy working in cooperative and motivated teams, so I focus on removing barriers that block collaboration.   • Developing long-term strategies: Setting goals and success metrics (KPIs), and creating a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Product development and testing: Creating an MVP version of the product, breaking down functionalities to enable learning, conducting user tests, and gathering feedback.
  • Managing the product lifecycle: Monitoring and optimizing each stage, collecting and analyzing data, adjusting strategies, managing the product backlog, and prioritizing features.
  • Training and mentoring product teams: Implementing Agile practices, providing targeted training, and mentoring Product Managers and team members.
