My pragmatic approach, based on my experience in organisational coaching and Business Agility, helps companies to perform better and collaborate more effectively. I aim to help every organisation I work with realise the full potential of agile and achieve their goals.
At ING, I was the first Agile Champion in Spain and chair of the Global ING Agile Experts Group since 2010. I have worked with companies from more than 40 countries, supporting the transformation of organisations such as King, Toyota, Falabella, Banco de Chile, Roche, BBVA, Sunhotels, DEWA, FAB, PZU Group and the Catalan Cancer Institute.

I hold the highest Scrum Alliance certifications in the field: CST (Certified Scrum Trainer), CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach), CTC (Certified Team Coach) and CALE (Certified Agile Leadership Educator). I am also a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a certified specialist in team coaching and systems leadership, a licensed NLP practitioner, a Management 3.0 facilitator, a Kanban Management Professional, a LargeScaleScrum Practitioner and a TTI Certified Behavioural and Motivational Analyst.
