Are you an experienced Scrum Master who wants to go one step further? Advanced Certified ScrumMaster is an intensive two-day training course designed for those who want to become change leaders in their organisations. This is not an introduction to Scrum – we assume you already have a solid foundation. This training is designed to equip you with advanced tools and techniques that will enable you to lead teams and your entire organisation through a transformation towards a more agile way of working. You will face real-world challenges and gain skills that will transform you into a leader capable of supporting, mentoring and inspiring teams at every level of the organisation.
After the training:
- You will develop your role as a Scrum Master: You will understand the four stances of a Scrum Master and the four key action areas for further professional development.
- You will understand the model of taking responsibility and explain it to others.

No, the participant does not take an exam after the training. The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification only requires the completion of training and proving a year of experience working in Scrum.
