I started my career as a software developer and infrastructure specialist, gaining over 20 years of experience in the industry. In 2009, I decided to become a Scrum Master. This decision was the start of my deeper journey into the world of Agile. Since 2015, I have focused on international Agile consulting, specialising in large-scale Scrum adoptions.
As a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) and org consultant, I help companies worldwide adopt and develop Scrum on a large scale, adapting it to the specific needs of each organisation.
Learning should be fun
I am the creator of the Koos Coach comic series, which humorously depicts the challenges and successes of Agile implementation. In addition, I have created ‘Elements of Scrum’, a set of educational cards that facilitate the learning of Scrum. My projects aim to make learning Scrum more accessible and enjoyable, while supporting teams to achieve better results.
