There seems to be a lack of people who can bridge the gap between the technical teams building products, their clients and the designers looking after the users and their experience. It turns out that the years I’ve spent, and the projects I’ve done during my R&D career, have taught me all these aspects, so I pass these experiences on to my clients, consulting or leading projects with or for them.

The second path I chose after returning to Poland is agile team/product/company management. Quite unexpectedly, the years spent in XP teams at Philips and the rather secretive (initially) introduction of Scrum at Orange Labs turned out to be the path to a new career.

In parallel, I am working on some cool new software and hardware products.
