I have been supporting Agile transformations for 18 years, with a focus on global organisations. With a background in software development, I work with both teams and executives to help them achieve their goals and create self-sustaining systems.

I am passionate about professional coaching and supporting others to discover their paths to fulfilment and greater awareness. As an organiser, speaker and volunteer, I am active in the international Agile community. I am an ICF (PCC) and Scrum Alliance (CTC) accredited coach. My work is based on the ORSC model and System Coaching techniques.
