I have been helping companies around the world to implement Agile for years. I have worked with technology giants such as Tesla, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, Toyota, Rakuten and Mercari. My passion for mechanical engineering led me to found Wikispeed in the US, which has revolutionised the automotive industry by bringing agile working methods to the hardware industry.
I am also a TED.com speaker and a lecturer who has shared my knowledge at the invitation of Google and Microsoft, and lectured at prestigious universities such as Harvard University and Oxford University. My speeches focus on the practical application of Agile in various industry sectors.

I have been actively involved in the development of eXtreme Manufacturing and Scrum@Hardware. You can find some of my insights in the book Scrum Master: The Agile Training Seminar for Business Performance. I am currently working on developing practices related to #MobAI.
