I lead a Collaborative Leadership Team that manages the business using Scrum and supports businesses in a variety of industries such as software, hardware, services, marketing and many more. My experience includes not only Scrum, but also Kanban, eXtreme Programming, facilitation and organisational transformation.

The book helps to understand what it means to support developers, Product Owners and organisations in changing the way they work.
