Before becoming a trainer and organisational agile coach, I was a software developer, Scrum Master, conference producer and speaker. My adventure with Scrum started in 2005, when I became probably the first Scrum Master in Ukraine. Since then Scrum has become my passion, which I develop through training, consulting and participation in the Agile community. As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), I support organisations worldwide in their agile transformations.
Action helps to understand
I am the author of one of the most popular Scrum simulation educational games - Lego4Scrum. This game is used worldwide to teach the basics of Scrum in an engaging and interactive way. My goal is for everyone who comes into contact with my training to be able to understand and effectively apply Scrum principles to their team and organisation.
