My experience

I am the only Polish Certified Scrum Trainer, CST accredited by Scrum Alliance and LeSS-Friendly Scrum Trainer accredited by LeSS Company. Some say that my strong point is that I perfectly understand the needs of young companies. I know what they need and I can reach them because I know their problems and way of thinking

I have worked as a software engineer, project manager, Scrum Master. I know the delivery of products from all perspectives. In 2010, I founded ProCognita to help people build extraordinary organizations through Agile Coaching and training. I adhere to the principle that the theory alone does not give anything. Lectures and watching subsequent presentations will not improve your skills. The effects can only be obtained through experience and looking at the problem from different perspectives.

What is important to me

Curiosity is my key to getting to understanding. I am interested in every opportunity to help small start-ups and international corporations. I also learn from you, my clients and other experts. I have real solutions to real problems. I ask questions, but I also show that you can take a different approach to what seems to be an insurmountable obstacle.

I receive a lot from the people I talk to and I want to give away the knowledge I get. Therefore, together with several friends, I founded ALE Krakow, which became the second largest Agile community in Poland. Have not you been to our meetup yet? Come! You will get a lot of inspiration.

Certified Scrum Trainings

During training, I use the Training From The Back Of The Room techniques that will teach you how to work by simulating real situations. I also attach great importance to discussions that you will always bring something inspiring. Are you wondering if it works? Of course!
