There seems to be a lack of people who can bridge the gap between technical teams building products, their customers and designers who take care of users and user experience. It turns out the years I spent and projects I did during my R&D career have taught me about all these aspects so I'm passing these experiences to my Clients by consulting or running projects with/for them.

The other path that I have picked up after coming back to Poland is agile team/product/company management. Rather unexpectedly the years spent with XP teams at Philips and a rather clandestine (at first) introduction of Scrum at Orange Labs turned out to be a pathway to the new career.

In parallel, I work on with some new, cool software and hardware products.
