Lucia has 18 years’ experience in Agile Transformations of geographically distributed enterprises and has worked at all levels, from Teams to Executives. She has a hands-on software development background.
She coaches individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their goals and her mission is to leave self-sustainable systems at the end of her engagement.
Lucia has a passion for professional coaching and enjoys supporting others in their discovery towards an increased awareness, performance and fulfilment and she does that in a creative way.
Lucia is a Coach with ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) qualifications. She is a Mentor of the Scrum Alliance Path to Coaching program for Scrum Masters and Coaches. She is also a Path to CSP Educator and can offer Scrum Alliance A-CSM and CSP-SM qualifications, as well as CSM and CSPO, through coaching.
She is ORSC (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) trained and uses Systems Coaching techniques when she is coaching individuals, teams and large groups.
Lucia is an accredited ICAgile Instructor for the following certified courses, both online and in person: Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF).
She is actively involved in the international Agile community as an organiser, speaker and volunteer. Lucia’s mother tongue is Italian. She can speak proficient English, fluent Spanish and basic French.
