In 2010, she founded her company which was later renamed to Collaborative Leadership Team to bring Agile education and coaching services to a diverse group of start-ups, Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Collaborative Leadership Team uses Scrum to manage the company and has the privilege of serving others in a variety of industries including: software, hardware, services, marketing and more.
