How Agile is your Product?

Agile engineering practices is a misleading name. It suggests that only engineers should pay attention to them. Of course, there are many practices that are primarily aimed at engineers, but improving the process and paying off technical debt, requires approval from ‘those at the top’. The problem is that the decision-makers do not always see the value in refactoring and paying off technical debt. Rather, what matters to them is money, budgets, ROI, and delivering value to stakeholders.
