Do you want to develop your knowledge and skills? Yes, of course. However, there are so many tools available that choice is no longer easy. We have prepared for you cheatsheet that will support your decision.
If you want to broaden your knowledge and increase experience - start with training. You need to first understand what is going on, learn the vocabulary, basic assumptions, see a different perspective, try new tools in a safe environment. Otherwise, you will be wasting your time during other forms of learning.
If you lack knowledge and experience, but you prefer to learn alone - read the articles and videos recommended by us. We have collected them for you on our blog. It will take you much more time than two days spent in training, but you will probably get more theoretical knowledge. Unfortunately, you will not have the opportunity to gain experience during exercises, receive answers to your questions, or get to know the perspectives of others.
If you already have a lot of knowledge and experience, but you are stuck and you have no idea what can be done differently - the best for you will be Personal Coaching. Coaching assumes that you are fully competent, so the role of the coach is limited to help in setting goals and planning how to achieve them. You are the owner of ideas and the way they are implemented.
If you already have knowledge and experience but your head is full of questions - choose mentoring. You will be able to learn from us and observe how we work with teams or organizations. At the same time, we will support you in checking that you have taken into account all important aspects of your decisions. We will not dictate you what to do, rather we will say what the consequences may be. The final decision is always your choice.
If your team already has some knowledge, but you feel that you can work much better - team coaching is for you. The coach focuses on improving relationships and communication methods, increasing competences and involvement. All this so that you can produce a better product in a more enjoyable and satisfying way.
If you know what you want to achieve, but your meetings are boring and inefficient - you need a facilitator. It is a neutral person who will take care of improving communication and facilitating cooperation in order to achieve the necessary results.
If you have a conflict between people or groups of people that are blocking cooperation and destroy the atmosphere - you need a mediator. This is a neutral person whose job is to enable people in conflict to develop common, satisfying solutions and build a basis for further cooperation.

If you are expanding your Agile skills, you usually need all above support at the same time. Then Agile Coaching will be the suitable for you. This concept is covering all the methods of cooperation mentioned above (with the exception of the mediation that we use, if needed). This is a long-lasting type of relationship - we stay with your company for many months (sometimes even years) to support you and others in gaining knowledge and experience, so that finally you are the most competent people in an agile team.
