I am the co-developer of Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS). As an organizational design consultant, I work with the management of large, distributed companies to help introduce LeSS in complex environments that often combine software and hardware. I also support Product Managers in defining complex products and provide TDD (Test-Driven Development) training in C and C++ to stay close to the actual work of teams and employees.
