My adventure with Agile began in 2012 when I joined ProCognita, and since then I have focused entirely on working with clients. From the first contact to the preparation of training offers to the conclusion of the cooperation – I take care of every stage of process to provide the best possible service. I combine the roles of sales and logistics, all using Agile methodologies, which are my passion and part of my daily work. Additionally, I support local Agile communities and help organise international conferences.

For me, clear communication and building strong relationships with clients are key, which helps to resolve any ambiguities quickly and achieve goals effectively. Agile is not just a method, but a philosophy that improves our work.
