The role of an Agile Coach is more than process management – it is the art of inspiring teams to be self-reliant, creative and continuously improve. The ‘Agile Coaching ICP-ACC’ training course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully lead teams in a dynamic, changing work environment. It is an intensive programme that focuses on the key aspects of team coaching, the development of groups from inception to full effectiveness, and the role and mindset of the Agile Coach. With a cyclical academy format, you have the opportunity to apply the skills you have learnt immediately and receive valuable feedback.

Course Structure:
The course is divided into 8 sessions, held at weekly intervals, giving you time to put into practice the knowledge you have gained:

Lucia is an ICF (Professional Certified Coach, PCC), ICAgile and Scrum Alliance (Certified Enterprise Coach, CEC) accredited coach and mentor of the Path to Coaching programme for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. Her work is based on the ORSC (Coaching Systems and Relationship Systems Coaching) model and uses System Coaching techniques. Lucia's mission is for the system developed during the transformation to be self-sustaining after the collaboration.
