My background combines both training and hands-on experience in large-scale transformations. One of the most exciting initiatives I worked on was the Port of Rotterdam transformation, where LeSS helped multiple teams collaborate more effectively. I was also involved in the BMW Group’s LeSS Huge initiative in autonomous driving – a project of remarkable scale and complexity.
