We agile veterans know that simply transforming a company’s IT team to agility without affecting the rest of the business is the equivalent of putting a high performance engine and steering system inside of a freight train. You’ll likely get where you are going faster, but you’ll still go to the same places, hauling pretty much the same cargo. (Maybe just more of the cargo at the same speed).
